Non-returnable items (no change-of-mind refunds)

 

  • Stands for the Pro Series (Electric Stand, HLX Multi-Stand, Multi-Stand Lite, Floor Stand L, Floor Stand SJ, Stand for HLX-120 Pro).
    Why: customers have used them with other brands and discovered incompatibility. If you buy a stand for a non-HLX panel, that risk is on you.

 

 

 

 

 

Conditions for 60-day returns

 

To be eligible for a refund within 60 days of delivery:

  • The item must be clean, undamaged, and in good working order with all original parts, cables and accessories.
  • Original packaging is preferred. If you don’t have it, contact us for safe-pack guidance.
  • Excessive wear, damage, missing parts or unsafe packaging may lead to a partial refund or rejection.

 

How to start a return

  1. Email support@healthlabx.com within 60 days of receiving your product. Include your order number.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide packing instructions and the return address.
  3. You book and pay for a trackable courier. Keep your proof of postage.
  4. On arrival, we inspect the item within 5 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

 

Shipping & fees

 

  • Return shipping is your responsibility during the risk-free trial.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the item arrives damaged in transit due to poor packaging, a deduction may apply.

 

 

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact support@healthlabx.com immediately with photos. We’ll make it right—repair, replace or refund—at our cost where required by law.

 

 

Exchanges

For fastest turnaround, return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union cooling-off

 

 

 

 

If your order ships into the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase required.

 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
